There have been several claims that this is part of a viral marketing campaign. Aside from an obviously joking Twitter post from the makers of the PS3 game Resistance 3, there hasn't been any real strong evidence that this thing is trying to sell you something.
Fortunately for us, the good people of the Internet never back down from a challenge. According to this blog post there is strong evidence to suggest that it is indeed the work of a Photoshop proficient trickster.
According to Google Maps Berwick is 11 hours from OKC. If you plan on doing your own investigation don't forget plenty of flash light batteries and fire rounds for your bazooka.
